Canada’s telecom giants are hated for a reason: inflated promises, inflated prices, and soul-sucking service. oxio, a challenger brand with cult appeal, set out to be the first internet provider you’ll actually like.
But, with less than 1% aided brand awareness, limited budgets, and the need to scale quickly, oxio faced a daunting question: How to achieve rapid growth without losing its underground edge?
